6 Ways I Combatted Morning Sickness

When I reflect on my pregnancy, it was honestly surprisingly easy. From conception to my first trimester to labor and delivery. The first trimester can be a rough one for most of us, and I used a number of different products to help ease some of the nuisances that come with it. Out of my entire first trimester, I had one light bout of nausea and that was it! I was never sick or so out of commission that I couldn’t get out of bed, and I’d like to think it is due to the use of the products listed below. My hope is that you’ll find as much relief as I did.
